Can't get emails from certain people

I can't receive emails from certain people. They send to my comcast.net account but I don't get them. Please advise,,,I hope a simple answer because I"m a simple person LOL Thanks

Is your Comcast account marking them as Spam? Check the Junk folder.

If not there, do you see a separate Spam folder under your Comcast account in the Mailbox list? Check there.

Are you sure those senders are spelling your email address correctly?
