Lost phone

Can anyone help me?!

I have lost my iphone 11 pro. How can I find last location of my phone, if it was charged out when I lost it?

I needed to make new sim card and put it in anoter phone and connect to gmail today, so google acc will not be option. Maybe there is some other way?

Find my Iphone does not work, because phone is dead.

Please help!
