Hi Petra,
I do not use Facebook and therefore do not have the app to test however the setting that I mentioned is in there somewhere. You can check with Facebook support and also check here ➔ How to sync photos from your mobile to Facebook (You just need to undo that.

You have turned ON Syncing from Phone to Facebook feature in the Facebook app.
Open your Facebook app and then Go to your Profile. Go to Photos. Tap on the Synced tab. Choose Synced Setting. Choose Don't Sync my Photos.

Sorry but this didnt work for me. I go into FB and go to my profile. It's called Profile settings and there is no mention of photos in there.
