Why have i not received my refund even though it says my purchase has been refunded

I refunded this think that was like 54 dollars and it says it was refunded but I did not get my money back I don’t know what to do is this a scam????

it says it refunded my money but i didn’t get anything back, and my son was the one to buy 240 dollars worth of stuff and i need my money back

It’s says I’m due my refund but it’s still not in my bank

I refunded my and it took weeks and it haven’t gave my money back.
