IWatch 5 keeps restarting itself during setup

I've done exactly that no less than 5 times over the course of the last 8 hours. It doesn't stop the Iwatch from rebooting every time I try to pair it with my phone. I actually got it to pair once but the Iwatch kept rebooting itself every two minutes after it was paired so I erased all content and started over. Where I am now is when I try to pair it tells me to download the 6.2.5 to my watch. During the download, the watch reboots itself and it starts the pairing process all over again. It is indeed a vicious cycle.

Thank you. That was my next plan of action. Was just hoping there was something I was missing. Great products but set up shouldn't be this hard.

It's a Series 5 GPS 44mm. As far as the watchOS version, it's whatever came on it. When it tells me to download watchOS 6.25, it keeps rebooting and I have to start all over again.
