I have guided runs downloaded on my apple watch 3 and use that for my treadmill runs. Unfortunately, the coach voice is too feeble on the watch to be effective. Is there a way to trigger a run on the watch and have the voice come through my phone (which is nearby) since I'm on a treadmill.
I don't want to start the guided run on my phone since it expects me to have the phone on me when I run.

Yes, I have the Nike Run Club app on both my phone and watch. The volume on my watch is at the highest but that does not help when I'm running since there is a lot of noise from the treadmill. I want the voice coach to come through my phone speaker instead of my watch. I can't just trigger the run from the phone for reasons I stated above (I don't want to have the phone on me while I run on the treadmill).

Thanks for the response. I see turning up the volume on your Apple Watch is irrelevant because of the other noises. There is currently not a way to divert the audio from the watch app to your iPhone.
The only workaround at the moment would be to use bluetooth headphones and connect them to your Apple Watch. For steps on that action, look here:

Thanks for your post! I see you are trying to have the voice from guided runs play through your phone as opposed to your watch. Are you using the Nike Run Club app?
Have you tried turning up the volume on your watch? If not try this:
Change the audio and notification settings on your Apple Watch
