At the bottom of the page, it states that "Sharing music with friends isn't available in Russia, China mainland, and Turkey."

Could you please confirm that you live in an outside territory other than those three countries?

In order to have a profile and "see what friend are listening to in Apple Music" you would need to be in a supported country. So, currently your Apple Music name is reflected off of your current Apple ID because the ability to create a profile is not available in Russia, China mainland, and Turkey.

You can change your Apple ID name with this following resource.

Go to Settings > [Tap your name] > select "Name, Phone Numbers, Email" > tap your name > change your name.

You can always create and share Apple Music playlists by following this article that I was able to gather.

Please try to follow this steps. You are in the correct area, you will need to tap your name which will be above "Redeem Gift Card or Code".

1. Open Apple Music.

2. Tap the For You tab.

3. Tap your avatar in the top-right corner.

4. Tap on your name.

5. Enter a new name if you want to change it.

6. Enter your desired Apple Music nickname that you want to use it.

7. Tap Done.
