Bootcamp error message: Unable to read the Windows partition

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with the following question. When I press the first continue button on bootcamp, it provides me with the following error message.

Unable to read the Windows partition

Boot Camp Assistant was unable to verify if the Windows partition contains a Windows installation. This may be because BitLocker is enabled on the partition. If so, disable BitLocker on the disk before removing Boot Camp.

If anyone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if Windows was fully installed.

Yeah, we can cleanup and reinstall it, how would I do that?

Run

diskutil eraseVolume fat32 BOOTCAMP disk1s3

Please ensure that disk1s3 is the correct volume on the 1TB disk, because reboot can reorder disks.

When I press continue on BC Assistant the following message appears:

We have already erased the volume, so click on Restore and then you can run BC Assistant and install Windows. Run a SMC and NVRAM Reset before the next attempt.
