when two airpods are listening to the same device, can you communicate to each other over the AirPods, kinda like a walkie talkie

Can two devices be connected at the same time to AirPods (iPhone and Samsung)? Can I connect both my iPhone (11) and my Samsung A10 to Airpods for simultaneously use? I.e. am I able to take calls on the Airpods regardless of which phone that rings? As is possible with for example Plantronics B3200? If not, does anybody know when will this be possible also with Airpods?
