Family Sharing/Icloud

Currently my son is on my icloud account thru family sharing. He gets all of my texts, calls, pictures, etc. How do I stop this and delete all my content off his phone and only keep his?

Family Sharing is built on having unique Apple ID's for each family member, not sharing them.

He needs his own Apple ID.

You are not using Family Sharing properly. Each family member must have their own Apple ID and iCloud account. You need to create an Apple ID and iCloud account for your son. Once you create the Apple ID for him, he will need to sign out of all services that are still using your Apple ID and then sign into those services with his own Apple ID.

These services and apps include, iCloud account, iMessage, FaceTime, the App Store, iTunes, the Books app.
