MacBook Pro 8,2 early 2011

I tried to start up my mac but it crashed and does not matter what recovery mode I start it goes on white screen. I put a new HD in it and it still does the same, I can not even start disc utility on it.

In safe mode gives the following error message, can someone advice?

It is hard to say. The 15" model is known to have GPU failures and sometimes will stop booting when the progress bar gets halfway.

There is also a possibility you may have a memory issue. Many times the memory slot nearest the bottom case can fail due to bad solder joints.
