wifi symbol crossed out

My wifi and Bluetooth symbols on control panel are both crossed out. Can’t turn in on in settings.

I am unable to connect to either. Have tried restoring network settings, but hasn’t worked.

Any idea what crossed out wifi symbol means (apart from wifi not working obviously) or how to fix?

Try this:

Settings/ General/ Reset/ Reset Network Settings

You won't lose any data, but you may have to sign back into previously known Wi-Fi networks, and re-pair Bluetooth devices.

If that's not it, is this iPhone yours or issued by your employer? Employer-owned devices can have restrictions that you can't change.
