People Aren’t Receiving my FaceTime Calls When I Facetime

I have the iPhone 11 and when I tried group FaceTiming my friends, it wouldn’t make the normal ringing noise it makes and they see that I FaceTimed after I exited the call, but didn’t receive I notification at the time I called. I am able to call someone through normal FaceTime but not Group FaceTime. Please help!
