FaceTime

Whenever I try and FaceTime the people I FaceTime will not get the FaceTime calls. This just started aboit 2 days ago. When they FaceTime me I will see it and answer it but I cannot see or hear them. I have done everything in settings even though it was all on. I’ve restarted my phone several times. How can I fix this??
