I like to do as much as I can on the keyboard without having to go back to my trackball. I was wondering if there's a way to select the delete option (see picture) with the keyboard instead of having to go to my trackball and click delete. It would help speed up my daily workflow as I do a lot of file and folder shuffling and renaming during the day. Thanks!

System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts. Enable "Use keyboard navigation…"

No problem! If you wan't to delete a file without even having to see the prompt, use 'command + delete' and it'll instantly move it to the bin!
And when you see the little highlight around the button you wanna press, tap that spacebar!
