What is MailQuickLookExtension.appex in Extensions?

I was just wondering what this extension is and if I should have this enabled.

How to delete the mail app I'm not too fond of the mail app. I think it's hot garbage, and I find it extremely annoying how every "contact" form opens it by default. I've been trying everything in my power to delete this dreadful program but nothing seems to work. I've disabled system integrity protection and tried to sudo -rm the app but it doesn't work?!? Also, dragging it to the trash bin doesn't seem to do anything. Any advice on how I can get rid of it?

That extension is valid and goes with the Quick Look feature shown here: View and edit files with Quick Look on Mac

You can safely enable it.
