When I try to install Mac OS X I get a message that says “can’t download the additional components needed to install Mac OS X”

I recently purchased a used laptop (MacBook Air 2011) and when I try to instal the Mac OS X I get a message at the top that says “ can’t download the additional components needed to install Mac OS X” how can I fix that?

Your MaBook Air can update till High Sierra, so following document could help your issue.
