Strange noise happening on every outgoing call

For a couple of years I have been hearing a strange 3-toned sound every single time I make an outgoing call with my iPhone 8. I have contacted Vodafone (Germany), where my service is and they don’t know anything either.

it gets really annoying at times and I have since told myself to just live with it. But now I thought I would start looking into it again.

Thank you. That is unfortunately not what the problem is. I’ll try to make it a little more clear, which is tough via text.

when I make a phone call, before the other phone starts ringing, there is a tone that sounds. Three ascending tones. After that, the other phone starts to ring.
