how to fix "could not complete app purchase'' cancelled in app store"

I understand that when attempting to download an app from the App Store, but you are getting an error message "could not complete app purchase". Is this the entirety of the message? That message will normally also include a recommendation to contact iTunes Support at:

www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/ That would be what I would recommend you to do.
