"We could not complete your purchase. cancelled"

Same exact issue. I've tried:

• Signing out of App Store + iCloud
• Reset PRAM/NVRAM + SMC
• Rebooting
• Can't even purchase while signed out (same error)
• Changed DNS settings
• Reinstalled MacOS Mojave from System Recovery.

Nothing...

You keep writing that it "seems to have been resolved" but not how it has been resolved. All I want at this point is to stop getting multiple messages every day that "We could not complete your purchase..." I no longer care about getting the product -- if anyone has *really* "resolved" it, please let me know how you stopped these nuisance messages!

I'm running Mojave, and the problem is that the App Store says the new version of the application will not run on Mojave. No problem -- but I can not see any way to cancel this or stop the error messages from appearing every day. A well-designed system would show me this message once and then remove the request for new version -- but that's not what's happened -- has anyone figured out how to stop the annoying messages?

I did contact apple support about it. I am hoping they fix this issue since it seems like a lot of people are having the same issue

• I tried my home, work, and hotspot internet, all have same error.
• Running two laptops with Mojave, both have same issue.

Had the same issue all day yesterday and I tried logging out/ in from both App Store and iTunes. I rebooted the system and tried clearing caches. Eventually I upgraded to Catalina and it seemed to do the trick. I was able to download apps with no issues!

I have the exact same issue and I'm also running Mojave.
