We’ve run into a problem, please try again later. ( App Store )

I can’t make IAP purchases or so with my phone right now, always when I try. It asks me to verify my payment method, and when I press the settings button it sends me to app store, and then there will be a box saying ”We’ve run into a problem, please try again later.” I’ve restarted, and even factory resetted my phone but nothings working. Any help please?

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! I understand you are unable to verify your payment method due to an error, which is causing you to be unable to make purchases in the iTunes & App Store as well. I'd like to help.


I would suggest trying to update your payment method using a different device: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support, or using the Apple ID account page here from your computer: Manage your Apple ID - Apple.
