Wireless earplugs

I just bought a set of wireless earplugs, how do I set my watch to pick music while I workout and not have phone on me?

If you have not paired your Bluetooth headphone with the Apple Watch, you have to find the instructions for your headphones that put them into "Discovery" mode, and they the Apple Watch will be able to pair to them.

After that, follow the instructions fieryjack has provided.
