Face ID keeps saying move iPhone higher/lower

I’m using iPhone XS 256Gb with the newest iOS ver 13.5. I’ve set up Face ID before the version 13.4.1 and it works very well. After I update to 13.4.1 suddenly it cannot recognize my face, so I reset the Face ID. When I set up the new Face ID, it keeps saying move iPhone lower/higher. No matter how much I move my phone, it still won’t have any effect.... I thought it will fix once i update to IOS 13.5 but doesn’t. I have tried to restart, reset setting option .. nothing is helped. There by front camera portrait mode too not detecting.please advice
