DELETE THIS SCAM MESSAGE,
Then READ THIS: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
Longer answer:
Delete this junk.
The scammers are trying to hack you, and to hack your trust, and in this case to hack your fears.
You fear malware. Fear is a powerful motivator.
Fear will get us to perform all softs of bad and self-defeating things.
Again, they’re not trying to hack your devices, they’re trying to get you to hack your devices for them.
Most folks are hacked not with sophisticated hacks, but by giving up their passwords, their access, and by installing junk apps.
For cases such as this, most folks get hacked by looking for free and easy solutions to non-issues.
