damaged phone and power problems
good morning, yesterday my dad's phone went off suddenly and now it doesn't turn on anymore. how can we do? who could we contact? (we come from Italy)

What do you mean by damaged phone? You do not explain that part. Is there physical damage to the iPhone? That could partially explain why it won't turn on. But, you can try this to start with, If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
