Apple maps doesn't work with Wi-Fi, But work with Cellular data

I have a iPhone 11 Pro. Apple Maps and weather appears no internet connection, other apps connect to internet without any issue. They are working normal with cellular data. This only happened since iOS version 13.5.

Same issue happened with iOS 13.2, that is Bank of America app. The solution is app removal and reinstall.

This time is Apple default apps. I can't remove and reinstall them.

Anyone knows how to resolve it?

Thanks,

iPhone 11 Pro

My iPhone 11 Pro with iOS 13.5 is working with both apps. Both Maps and Weather can be deleted from the iPhone, and can be downloaded again. You can try that before restoring. See the instructions towards the bottom of this support document on how to delete an app, and also how to restore an app that has been deleted.
