A medical link says must download updated Safari?
If Safari automatically updates on IPads, why am I getting that msg and what should I do?

What IOS version are you using? If IOS 13, have you done the latest update?

Hello Eric. It’s 13.5 that was waiting to download. I just manually gave download directions and it’s “preparing.” I had turned off Automatic Updates, thinking I’d wait out initial glitches that sometimes occur. Was that the likely hold up?
I was just checking to make sure it wasn't an older OS version. I'm not sure why you are getting the message from the medical link.
