How can I delete a network from the list of networks on my iPhone?

Tap the encircled "i" at the right side of the network's name. Then choose "Forget This Network."

After searching some other solutions, I found an easy solution to reset network settings as:
Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings - remember to have WiFi passwords handy since this erases stored WiFi passwords
And then join the desired WiFi using its known password.

The "Forget This Network" option is not available for this "rogue and unsecured" WiFi that posed itself as "xfinitywifi", even after being logged in to it.
I need a clean way to remove it from under "My Networks" option, and then "Forget It" forever.
Please suggest a solution for iPhone XR, software version 13.4.1.
