I purchase I phone x from saudi arab.. it is full updated. I am using this phone in Bangladesh.. I don’t have FaceTime app.. I tried from screen Time nothing happened..this app is present in iPhone storage..what will I do now.. ???

You will never get FaceTime on that phone. It is legally restricted in much of the Middle East. If FaceTime is important to you, you should have purchased a phone in your own country instead of from the Middle East.

i heard that latest update version solve this problem.. is there any alternative way to have FaceTime pls..??!!
The iOS 13.5 release notes do not indicate any changes to FaceTime. The alternative is what Tim said. Purchase a phone from your own country, or at least one that does not restrict FaceTime.
