Hi I have a 2015 MacBook 12 inch and in the last week it’s been freezing. I wiped the whole thing and reinstalled OS and it seemed everything was fine although seemed to be running hot. Within 12 hours of reinstall immediately after logging in I get this screen. Anything I can do or is it RIP MacBook? I’ve read some articles that it might be the graphics card.

Ok, just to get an idea of the issue can you post a picture of the screen?
This is related to the screen , sadly no one here could help you with this issue except booking an Apple Genius Bar appointment they can help you with hardware issues .

Hi thanks for reply. I did that and it detected no fault. I called Apple support and they asked me to do a fresh install of Catalina and now I can’t even complete the install as the screen issue is constantly there.
Hi see attached. Interestingly if I plug into external monitor I get the image on the monitor but also the MacBook comes to life and is fully usable. The moment I u plug I get the multi coloured horizontal lines
