You iPad Air3 does not possess a WIFi6 (i.e., 802.11.ax) radio chipset. The your Air3 can operate using WiFi standards including, that Is now known as, WiFi5 (a.k.a., 802.1ac) standards. Your iPad is back-compatible with earlier WiFi radio standards.
When used with a WiFi6 Router, your iPad will negotiate the most appropriate WiFi connection, that it supports, from those supported by the host WiFi network. Your iPad will automatically select the channel bandwidth that is most appropriate at the time.
iPad does not expose the current radio operating parameters. To see this information, you’ll be reliant upon the information displayed by the Admin Console of your WiFi Router - or WiFi “sniffing” utilities that you might be able to install on either a PC, Mac or other computer system.
I hope this information and clarification is helpful to you.
