The iPhone XS fall down facing the ground, and now the lower pin numbers (7890) are not responding. I cannot unlock the iphone nor i can confirm it in the iTunes! I cannot send it for fix since there are private photos and videos and I want to backup them first, and do "Factory RESET", then I can send it for screen repair. please help.

If you send it anywhere but Apple or an Apple Authorized service provider, you will void the remainder of any warranty and/or AppleCare+ you have left. Apple and it’s authorized service centers are also the only ones with access to OEM new parts like displays.
If you have AppleCare+ and unused accidental damage claims, then that will be the least expensive way to get a new display.
As long as it is just the display, Apple can likely replace that without data loss, but there are no guarantees. Apple assumes no responsibility for user data. Backups need to be made and then kept up to date daily just in case accidents like this occur. After the device is damaged, it’s too late to think about backups and saving data.
you can take it to third party stores with qualified apple parts to have the screen replaced.
I did not back up anything when I send it for repair. It just took about an hour or two.
It's too late to back it up now. You have to do that before something goes wrong, not after.
