As for the message:

Can you please emphasize? I do not quite understand your post.

Based on the screenshot, it seems you might have malware on it, or it might be a stolen phone (perhaps, nothing on your part). If this is a used phone, I am wondering if it was stolen, then sold to you.

If that were the case, Apple would know about why the phone would give you such a message.

I have never seen that. So, maybe it is just a background/wallpaper and you need to change it to a solid color. Go Here: Change the wallpaper on your iPhone - Apple Support
