my messages aren't syncing to icloud

I had this issue in part. My correct version was on mac. Apple talked me through make sure iMessage is set up on all, check I’d is same on all, enable messages in iCloud, enable two factor authentication on all. Then synch from button in setting on message. I would check with Apple on help but it worked for me. Took about 6 hours for messages to synch

Are you getting any error messages? What exactly is happening? Were you using the steps outlined here -- Keep all your messages in iCloud - Apple Support?

Have you sent up you MBPro for text messages?

If you haven't, you have to and if you did there is still an isssue.

Goodmorning! I am having the same issue with my phone and MacBook Pro. Both are signed into same Apple ID, all the things in the post above are in tact, but when I text on my phone it does not show up on my laptop. Please advise. Important for my business!
