I phone back up

Hi there,

I am trying to restore a back up of my old iphone 6 onto my new iphone 7.

I backed my iphone 6 up onto i tunes on my pc and when trying to restore the back up it was saying the restore was corrupt at the end of the process.

I was then directed to decipher tools where i purchased a repair of the back up but it has not worked and the only thing that was restored was my contacts and no messages, whatsapps, photos etc.

Can you please advise
