About two years ago I brought some gems on a game through App Store. The payment went through fine. Since then I’ve not been able to download apps or anything and I have no idea how to fix it. I’m looking into getting a new phone and want to use this iCloud account but am worried it won’t work.

Just tells me to sign into my account even though I have put in the correct password. No error comes up
What happens when you log in?
it doesn’t let me it just tries to get me to log in again and that’s it no error comes up nothing just goes round in circles
