About two years ago I brought some gems on a game through App Store. The payment went through fine. Since then I’ve not been able to download apps or anything and I have no idea how to fix it. I’m looking into getting a new phone and want to use this iCloud account but am worried it won’t work.

Just tells me to sign into my account even though I have put in the correct password. No error comes up
