Log in error

There is log in error problem with fb and messenger App and only in my phone,i can easily use my fb account with any ios but not mine,if this was my account’s problem then i would not be able to open it with any ios

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Facebook is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support

Messenger is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support

I understand that,but only this iPhone has that problem,I can open my account in any phone
