I forgot my passcode in my Iphone when I changed operator. Tried to restart it and now it wants me to log in to an icloud account that I don't use any more, don't remember neither apple-id nor password. What do I do??!

If necessary, if you are the original owner, contact Apple. They can remove the Activation Lock if provided the required paperwork. Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)
