i set my icloud account up on my wifes phone. how do i remove my icloud info from her phone.

Make sure you turn off all applications checkbox so that when Apple ID is signed out , the data will not be saved on her iPhone , however your account data will not be lost and still saved on your iCloud account server .

Sign out of iCloud on her phone.

Settings > [your name] > iCloud > SIGN OUT (in red at the bottom)
