Remove ID cents
I want to change the country/Region for The billing address,,can you please remove the ID cents($0.30) from my Device, thank you.

We are all users here, we don’t know who you are or anything about your cents. But if you scroll up to the Apple Recommended post at the top of this page you will see a link to click that will solve your issue.
For everyone who posted, this is a user to user forum. We don’t know who you are, and don’t have any way to resolve your issue. You must use the Contact Support link at the top of this page and navigate to iTunes Store support.
