My emails are not downloading
My emails are not downloading. I have turned on and off but they still say no content downloaded from the server.

Hi Charles, I am having the same problem but am using Mail on my Mac. I have turned off both computer and internet and restarted but still can't get them. They are downloading ok on my iPad and iPhone so what do I do? Is the only solution deleting the account and reinstalling it? I don't particularly want to do that as I will lose all my stored (I know they are on the cloud). Any ideas? Please?

Check your email connections? Really? How smug. Apple users are not idiots. That is quite a dismissive response. I am having the same issue and have restarted ,my phone, updated my IOS and no success. I called Apple support, waited 15 minutes and was told I needed to talk to someone else that even "they" couldn't get through.
Check your internet connection.
I cannot download from an email I received
Internet connections are fine, all other other apps etc are downloading.
some emails have been received fine and with content but most just say no content? I have switched on/off
but still no luck.
After another 15 minute wait, Apple instructed me to delete the account giving me the problem (hotmail) and reinstall it. The reinstallation solved the problem.
If you do what Apple had me do above, the problem was remedied
