What connection does an Apple Watch 5 charger come with in the box? Is it USB 3 or USB C?

It is fixed to the puck, if you want a USB-C cable you will need to buy one.

Is it fixed in to the magnetic charger, or can it be taken out and replaced with a USB C cable?
