MacBook Pro 2017 rubber bezel issue

MacBook Pro 2017 rubber gasket at the display edge near the opener melted or cracked off. pls advise the solution can I get this fixed ?

You'll definitely need to reach out to Apple Support. If they don't have any stores open in your area then you'll need to send the product to Apple. They usually pay for the shipping. If you have AppleCare Plus it will cover your repair. You will need a new display. If you don't have AppleCare plus then Apple will inspect your machine and provide you a repair cost.
