Suddenly lots of contacts numbers deleted without any issue what the reason

The reason depends on where your contacts are housed.

One likely reason is your iPhone’s storage is full. Check Settings > General > iPhone Storage and be certain your free space is never less than 10% of your iPhone’s total storage.

It’s more than 70% free I don’t use space in my phone it is always empty
