I have Iphone 7 it gave warning that full of storage and need space to install the new version of IOS 13.5 after few minutes it stuck in logo loop. I do not know why I LOST VERY IMPORTANT DATA for my education and I HAVE TEST NEXT WEEK why apple can not just stop the feature of downloading or taking photos or adding any notes or whatsapp messages instead of let us lose our important data and just say restore YOUR PHONE if they want us to buy a new phones I ALREADY BOUGHT ONE FROM FEW TIME . Really it is not fear I KNOW apple can recover my data very very easily but they don't .

at least let us recover our data once without updating in itunes because I know there is no space in my phone for updating and after recover we can restore it easily.

Hi Hazzaa3,

Thanks for your post! It looks like after attempting to do a software update, your iPhone will only boot to an Apple logo, then restart. Do you know if you were backing up your iPhone to a computer or iCloud before this issue occurred?

First, look here to try to resolve the boot loop issue:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen

If you are able to resolve the Apple logo issue and you did backup your data, refer here:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

Let us know what you find out!

Take care!

Hi Hazzaa3,

Thanks for the response. I see the Apple logo boot loop is persisting. Available storage on a device can definitely have an effect on a device's ability to perform an iOS update. If you have a backup or data is not a concern, I recommend you perform a restore on your device.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

Hope that helps!

Cheers!

Thank you but the data is highly concern it s a final project for my education. Why Apple need updating while the main problem was happened when The phone can not do the update for lack of storage just keep the phone in the last version of iOS. And when I chat with Apple support they told me storage not affect?! Because the use the computer storage. I am still hoping there is a great solution.
