Received a new 16" MacBook Pro. After 2 days received the following Error Message. Any thoughts?

machine checks (MCA) are hardware or very low-level software or firmware— your best bet is contact Apple directly.

Call Customer Support (800) MY–APPLE (800–692–7753)

or on line https://getsupport.apple.com/

or call AppleCare Support at 1-800-APLCARE (800-275-2273)

or return it for one that works out of the box, you have a limited 14 days for exchange or a full refund.

Apple Support indicated their engineers are aware of the problem and working on a fix in the next upgrade - with no indication when the upgrade will be available.

I did send my computer back since it was still in the 14 day range of purchase. Not happy that they seem to be not as responsive to fix the problem.

My machine is a few months older, a 15" 2019 retina map, and it's restarted three times in the past day with an extremely similar message. Very frustrating and as always right before a deadline. Not easily reproducible and all three times while I wasn't at the machine.
