Can’t download or updates apps from the App Store

Hi,

This is Sarah and I have a problem with the App Store. My apps won’t update and i’m also unable to download or install apps from it.

Whenever I press the “Get” button, the loading circle appears and it takes forever. What am I gonna do about this?
