Activation lock on Apple Watch.

I bought this Apple Watch from someone but I currently have no contact with the person. It’s asking for an activation lock but I don’t know the persons information or any way to get ahold of them. Is there anyway to get past it?

No the only person that can remove the activation lock is the person who setup the watch originally,unless you can contact them somehow then the watch is of no use to you.
