Ipad pro 2020 screen flickering

I purchased an ipad pro 2020 which was delivered to me yesterday. Today, I saw some issues with the screen. Suddenly, we observed one horizontal and one vertical line on the screen and they were flickering. Surprisingly, they disappeared in few mins and again appeared. Moreover, it’s not related to hard pressing the display or holding it any one orientation. It just random occurrences.

I would like to return my ipad just in case it’s a bad piece.
