I removed my Apple ID from my iPad and now it will not let me back in. It is asking for the password from when i originally set up the iPad years ago. How can i get back in?
if you are the original owner, contact Apple. They can remove the Activation Lock if provided the required paperwork. Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)

Are you still using the same Apple ID you used when you originally set up the iPad?
When you removed it, what did you put in its place? Did you change your Apple ID?
No. i now use a different Apple ID but I still have that email account. iCloud’s response upon entering the ID is that it cannot be found.
